The rent mechanic applies the full cost every half an hour. I would've expected it to either apply half-cost every half-hour or full-cost every hour.
Also the rent menu the landlord fills out says hourly rate and doesn't mention it being charged at 30 minute intervals. Would be nice if that was noted.

Hello Nolan,
this can actually be configured by the server administrator in the Civics.eco with the setting "RecurringTransferFrequencyInMinutes", as such it depends on the server you are playing on and can already be changed to your expectation.
