Currently, the steam truck (and presumably other powered vehicles) open by default to the power tab. Not only is this less often used in most cases, it also has the side effect of the quick right-click deposit/left-click withdrawal acting on the fuel inventory, as well as other inventory shortcuts targeting the fuel instead of the stockpile.

Ideally, the default tab and actions should handle the main stockpile, to allow quick 'dumping' into the vehicle as with carts and stockpiles.

These hopefully seems like a pretty easy QoL fix, and would be greatly appreciated!
