At the moment, if you have more than one painting of same artist, all paintings of same artist having it culture lowered. In best case scenario you can have 2 paintings of same artist on display with same rating and same culture as if you had only one displayed. Having 3 pictures would give you 3/4 of culture single painting gets, etc.

I realise that idea is to encorage more players to interact with art system and make art in galeries more diverse, but in reality it discourages from displaying new art of artist who already have sucessful painting in galery.

I think this system has to be changed to be same as for duplicates of furnitue/rooms: most popular picture is not taxed, second one has it's culture lowered by 50%, next one by 75%, etc.
