This already exists in the way of "Settlement Markers". Players that are part of the same settlement can create markers that are visible to all of them when they have the necessary permission.

We don't plan to introduce any kind of a specific ping feature beyond that, though - for construction and position hints there is the craftable "construction post" that is also used in contracts and can mark positions and areas, including on the map with an icon.
