A painting system and profession was implemented in Update 11.

Sunlight

Being able to actually paint a painting. You can already upload pictures so why not be able to paint in game too with approval from the admin of the server. This could even be something you really have to work to earn the privilege to do.

Ability to use art supplis on vehicule to change the hue of colored vehicules (wheelborrow, trucks, other that already have a color)

and add hues to wood carts (any wood vehicule that has default wood color)
