The Exhaustion shoult simulate an limmited worktime. While a craft is running in a crafting station, not only the crafting station could operating, also a transparent Ghost avatar of the player could be visible in front of the station and actually work on it.

This would give a nice immersion that the guy at this table is really working for x hours.
