No collaboration (single player) xp multiplier

In previous version (I don't since when), the xp multiplier was much higher than now. 
For example, I need more than 4 days to get my 8th stars while my fodd and house are optimized (50 pts for food and 61 for housing).
Or to make it custom.

There has not been any changes to XP multiplier and it is already configurable at world creation via "Custom" settings and ingame when pressing ESC -> World Settings.
