give us the ability to send and receive mail offline. have it be a feature only possible when you craft a mailbox so folks can leave mail for you if they need something or are trying to communicate when schedules dont line up.

Especially if there's a small chance of mail being damaged before getting there, it would just be funny

I would like it if customers could, for example, write me an order as a message. It would be enough to modify the boards for contracts, where you could send and receive messages from other people.

I can suggest expanding Chat capabilities to have pinned messages in the channels. Like in Slack, town discussions can be organized with threads and so on.

Could give a use for papers, if you really want something more, you could even have mailman deliver the mail :) Could also work in the form of contracts for mail delivery
