A front loader attachment for the steam tractor which grants limited excavation capabilities similar to a skid steer.

Unlike the skid steer it should only work on 'soils' (dirt, clay, sand, ect...), and not any kind of rock or ores, to prevent op mining in the mid game.

This would enable more efficient terraforming, construction, and road development in the mid game, appropriate in helping demonstrate the real world impact the steam era had on society.
