Make all recipes like tapestry where the original item is crafted and variants can be converted afterwards, rather than needing to do the base recipe in addition to the blueprint which the crafter isnt expecting (since they did not pay for the item) upfront.

Also lets a user buy the base item from a shop, see the variants, buy the blueprint from the marketplace, and have it easily converted.
